What is this page?
This route is the KPI dashboard surface. It mixes some live counts with some placeholder chart areas.
Live values currently shown include:
- active clients
- engagements
Thin or placeholder areas currently include:
- revenue MTD
- utilization rate
- chart panels such as revenue by module, engagement progress, cash flow projection, and staff utilization
When do you use this?
Use this page when you need a quick dashboard view and you understand that some widgets are still thin.
Do not use placeholder widgets as decision-grade output.
Where do you find it?
Primary path: Reporting -> KPI Dashboard
How do you use it safely?
- Open Reporting -> KPI Dashboard.
- Read the live stat cards first.
- Treat placeholder charts as directional UI, not as confirmed analytics.
- Use the dashboard to orient yourself, then move into the stronger reporting pages for actual evidence.
Common Questions & Issues
"Why do some widgets show dashes or placeholder text?"
Why this happens: The current route mixes real data with placeholder components.
Fix: Use this page as a quick orientation layer only. Move to Financial Reports, Executive Summary, or Benchmarks for stronger current output.
